Part-time Donor Relations Officer (1 Position)
A Donor Relations Officer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding partners to support the organization’s mission. The role includes developing grant proposals, managing donor communications, ensuring timely reporting, and cultivating long-term partnerships that sustain and grow funding streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and cultivate potential donors, sponsors, and funding partners

  • Develop and maintain a structured donor database and tracking system

  • Prepare funding proposals, concept notes, and grant applications

  • Draft and submit timely narrative and financial donor reports

  • Ensure proper acknowledgment and appreciation of donor contributions

  • Maintain regular communication with donors on project progress and impact

  • Coordinate donor visits, meetings, and partnership discussions

  • Monitor grant compliance requirements and reporting deadlines

  • Support budget tracking in collaboration with finance personnel

  • Develop donor retention strategies and long term funding pipelines


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

  • Experience in fundraising, grant management, or donor coordination

  • Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks is an added advantage

  • Familiarity with donor reporting standards and funding mechanisms

 

 

Arts & Crafts Teacher (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Art & Craft to Upper Elementary and Junior High students

Qualifications and Skills
- C. Certificate, B Certificate in Teacher Training, or
- Diploma/Certificate in Art & Craft.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency in English (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

French Teacher – Upper Elem. & Junior High (1 Position)

Qualifications and Skills

- At least 2 years of experience teaching the French language at the upper Elementary or Junior High Level.
- Knowledge of primary and secondary education practices and the Liberian curriculum.
- Proficiency in French and English (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience and enthusiasm for working with children.
